“God Given Dream”
Hello, I’m Cooper Moore. I’m the proud owner of Chosen Crusaders. I wanted to share my story of how Chosen Crusaders came to be. I have always known that I wanted to start a business one day. From the very beginning, I told everyone that if I were to start any business, it would be a clothing brand. I didn’t just want to make clothes. I wanted to make a statement. In June 2024, that dream became a reality with the launch of Chosen Crusaders, a brand that boldly spreads the Word of God through designs that spark conversations.
Choosing to start so young was not easy. I knew that if I wanted to take such a risky and life-changing path, I had to start early. My faith is the most important part of my life, and I wanted every part of this business to reflect that. But starting a company as a teenager comes with unique challenges. Legal restrictions, budget limitations, and the pressure of running everything myself meant I had to learn fast. Taxes, designing, marketing, building a website, running ads. I taught myself everything along the way. Every obstacle became a lesson, and every lesson strengthened my resolve.
The heart of Chosen Crusaders is about more than fashion. It is about spreading awareness of how sin can affect your life. Sin is often glorified in today’s world, but our designs reveal its true, dark nature. At the same time, I want our customers to feel confident and comfortable in their faith even when the world pushes back. Matthew 5:16 guides everything I do: “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Starting this business has not been easy. The first sale felt impossible. Even with a thousand visitors a month, I had zero sales outside friends and family. But instead of giving up, I became more determined. I refined the brand, improved the designs, and stayed committed to my vision. I sacrificed time, hobbies, and sports to pursue this dream, dedicating myself to learning every skill needed to run a successful business.
Every day, I keep going because I know this is my God-given mission. God gives everyone skills to glorify Him, and mine is business. I may not have made a profit yet, but I regret nothing. The joy of building something from the ground up for Him is worth everything.
Looking forward, I see Chosen Crusaders growing into one of the most creative and unique Christian brands out there. The knowledge and experience I have gained in just one year shows me that this is only the beginning. Chosen Crusaders will be well-known not because I gave up, but because I refused to let anyone stop me from pursuing the dream God gave me.
So I leave you with this. People will shame you for living for God instead of the world. People will doubt your dreams. But know this, I will never let anyone tell me that my dream is not achievable, and neither should you. Know your dream, but do not make it about you. Glorify God with the dream He gave you.
